The Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be small business customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions
Utilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally
Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation
Leading customer workshops and training sessions.
Providing status reports to customer, and ensuring project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers
Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits
Ensuring that project management database is kept up to date and all time is logged
Configuring contracted products and solutions to customer specifications
Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required
Conducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
Assisting with developing process documentation for onboarding processes
Assisting with updating department Sharepoint site
Acting as liaison to other departments as assigned
Other duties as assigned
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have
1+ years in project management managing customer facing projects
1+ years implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training
Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
Technical expertise in one mor more SaaS products or platforms
Intermediate to advanced level of comprehension with Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced time management skills and ability to prioritize
Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process, metrics, and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent execution
Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
It Would Be Nice If You Have
Bachelor’s Degree
CAPM or PMP certification preferred (or working towards)
Experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers
Technical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services)

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
