" In-depth failure analysis of Hydraulic Pumps & Motors always leads to cost savings at the end @ Experience. "Hydraulic Pumps motor failure happens due to either Wrong Installation / Wrong piping / Missing items / Oil cleanliness / Entry of air / Deviation of machine or product specs / High temperature / Back pressure...ect.. etc.... But,It is the Experience by which one can identify the real reason of failure based on failed component pattern and/symptoms, also application specific view and its corelation with product spec and ambient environment conditions also play a vital role. If we do a deep dive at the first place then we can stop failure of the cascading effect in the hydraulic system. We at Rajlaxmi Hydraulics have a set of experienced team players who do full justice to the product that comes to us for repairing, followed by thorough in-house testing; plus installation & start-up support at machines in the field.Ultimately, if we identify failure reasons in the first place & work upon it then finally, it leads both Time & Cost savings... Needless to say, Customer trust on our services & recurring business follows. Please contact us at :inquiry@rajlaxmihydraulics.com#Greatteam #RajlaxmiHydraulics #Hydraulics #Hydraulicservice #HydraulicPump #HydraulocMotor #HydraulicRepairing #RefurbishedHydraulicunit #Hydraulictesting #Hydraulicscommissioning #HydraulicPowerpack #HPU #HydraulicManifoldblock #Filtrationtrolley #HydraulicCylinder #24x7

If you don't know how to commission a hydraulic system, then this is the post for you!Commissioning a new hydraulic system is a crucial step to ensure it operates efficiently and safely from the start. Step 1: Initial Setup• Verify Installation: Confirm all components are installed according to the hydraulic schematic and manufacturer's instructions.• Check Connections: Ensure all fittings, hoses, and connections are secure and properly tightened to prevent leaks.Step 2: Fluid Filling• Select Appropriate Fluid: Choose a hydraulic fluid that meets the system's specifications and environmental conditions.• Fill the Reservoir: Slowly fill the hydraulic reservoir with the selected fluid, avoiding contamination. Ensure the fluid level is within the manufacturer's recommended range.Step 3: System Bleeding• Remove Air: Start bleeding air from the system at the highest point, progressing to lower points. This may involve loosening fittings or using bleed valves on components like cylinders and motors.• Operate Actuators: Gently cycle hydraulic actuators to facilitate air removal. Extend and retract cylinders fully several times.Step 4: Initial Operation Checks• Start the Pump: Initially, start the hydraulic pump at a low pressure, if adjustable, to minimize system stress.• Check for Leaks: Inspect the system for any signs of leaks, especially at connection points and seals.• Monitor Pressure and Flow: Using pressure gauges and flow meters, verify that the system reaches and maintains the designed pressure and flow levels.• Test Controls: Activate all system controls to ensure they respond correctly and adjust settings as necessary.• Load Testing: If possible, perform a light load test to ensure the system operates as expected under working conditions.Additional Tips• Documentation: Keep detailed records of the commissioning process, including any adjustments made, for future reference.• Safety First: Always prioritise safety during commissioning. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.• Consult Manuals: Refer to component and system manuals for specific instructions and troubleshooting tips.Commissioning a hydraulic system carefully and methodically can prevent many common operational issues, ensuring the system functions efficiently and safely from the outset.follow us for more hydraulic system tips and tricks.#manufacturing #machines #hydraulics #agriculture #mining #earthmoving #innovation #business

One of the smaller jobs of this week was to diagnose a leak on this small pop-up. The hydraulic cylinder was removed, resealed and reinstalled and operations checked over. A quick turnaround on this type of machine is important for the customer at this time of year. #hydraulicengineering #scissorlift #engineering #mewp #hydraulics

Pilot-operated hydraulic valves are essential components in hydraulic systems, providing control over flow, pressure, and direction of hydraulic fluid. Here are some key details about pilot-operated hydraulic valves:Operation: Pilot-operated hydraulic valves use a small pilot valve to control the operation of a larger main valve. The pilot valve regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid to actuate the main valve, allowing precise control over the system.Types:Pilot-operated Relief Valve: Controls pressure in a hydraulic system by diverting excess fluid flow back to the reservoir.Pilot-operated Check Valve: Allows flow in one direction and prevents reverse flow until pilot pressure is applied to override the valve.Pilot-operated Directional Control Valve: Controls the direction of fluid flow in a hydraulic system.Pilot-operated Sequence Valve: Controls the sequence of operations in a hydraulic system by allowing fluid flow to one actuator until a set pressure is reached, then opening a passage to another actuator.Pilot-operated Pressure Reducing Valve: Regulates and maintains a set downstream pressure in a hydraulic system.Pilot-operated Flow Control Valve: Controls the flow rate of hydraulic fluid in a system.Applications: Pilot-operated hydraulic valves are used in a wide range of hydraulic systems across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and aerospace. They are critical for controlling the movement of hydraulic cylinders, motors, and other actuators.Advantages:Precise Control: Pilot-operated valves offer precise control over flow, pressure, and direction of hydraulic fluid, allowing for efficient and reliable operation of hydraulic systems.Flexibility: These valves can be tailored to specific application requirements by adjusting pilot pressure, flow rates, and other parameters.Versatility: Pilot-operated valves are available in a variety of configurations and sizes to accommodate different system requirements and operating conditions.Safety: Pilot-operated relief valves provide overpressure protection, preventing damage to hydraulic components and ensuring operator safety.Maintenance: Regular maintenance, including inspection, lubrication, and cleaning, is essential to ensure proper functioning and longevity of pilot-operated hydraulic valves. Periodic testing and adjustment of pilot pressure and valve settings may also be necessary to optimize performance and prevent issues.#hydraulics #tmt #steelindustry #maintenance #valves

Let’s know the uses of CHOKE VALVE.Function: Choke valves are used to control or regulate the flow rate of fluids, such as gas, oil, or water. They can be used to maintain pressure, reduce flow velocity, prevent equipment damage, or optimize production rates in different applications.Operating Principle: Choke valves work by constricting the flow passage, increasing the fluid velocity and causing a pressure drop. This pressure drop assists in regulating flow rates and controlling downstream parameters.Types: Choke valves come in various types, including adjustable choke valves (with varying degrees of flow restriction), positive choke valves (consisting of a fixed orifice), and needle choke valves (featuring a needle-like rod to control flow). The choice of choke valve type depends on specific requirements and operating conditions.Components: Choke valves typically consist of a body, trim (which includes the orifice or seat), actuator, and packing. The actuator could be manual, hydraulic, or pneumatic, depending on the application and control requirements.Safety Considerations: Choke valves play a critical role in controlling pressure and flow, and thus, their proper functioning is important for safe operations. Regular maintenance, monitoring, and adherence to operating guidelines ensure their safe and effective operation.
